Communications:

Effective and efficient communications between all PHRA stakeholders are critical to the success of the program. Key stakeholders include Board Members, Plant High Faculty, athletes, parents and coaches. With the addition of a Webmaster, PHRA should be driving parents/rowers to the website for all updates/communications. Email reminders/overviews with links to the website should continue to be used as additional communication channels.

The committee is dependent upon input from all stakeholders so that the website can be updated frequently and timely; email communications be sent to families; articles and updates published on the site, in the Plant High PTSA new biweekly electronic newsletter, Panther Press and in the local newspapers; and dialogue occurs between the school faculty and PHRA. Information should be supplied by Committee Chairs timely so that the webmaster can pull communications together and roll them out timely and professionally.

Parent and athlete suggestions are welcomed!
